• Unlimited Advice: Whether you have a quick question that takes a few minutes, or a more complicated issue that you need help managing, we can help guide you through the problem

• Custom Drafting: We help bring your employment contracts up to date, draft your termination packages, and draft other documents you need to manage your workforce

• Policy Updates: We provide yearly policy reviews to ensure that your policies are kept up to date. If you don’t have workplace policies in place, we can get you started

• Litigation Support: We respond to demand letters you receive and negotiate on your behalf. If we are unable to settle a matter before a formal process is initiated (e.g. an administrative tribunal or court action), we can continue to provide litigation support at a discount off of our regular hourly rate
